About Sue Suchocki - Founder | Applied Techniques Training (ATT) - 2010

Sue Suchocki is the founder of Applied Techniques Training (ATT), established in 2010 to provide practical training and support for NDIS participants, Early Childhood Education facilities, schools, and families and now the operator of APPLIED TECHNIQUES QUICK RESPONSE (QR) DIGITAL GOVERNANCE SYSTEM.

Applied Techniques Training was originally developed to assist individuals, families and educational facilities with ADHD, ASD, and additional support needs through structured life-skills training, routines, organisational strategies, and practical techniques designed to improve confidence, independence, and daily functioning.

This foundation led to a broader understanding of the importance of clear systems, accountability, compliance, and structured operational processes across supported living, education, property, and contractor-managed environments.

Today, Applied Techniques Training applies this experience to support Body Corporate Schemes, Property Management operations, NDIS SIL complexes, and contractor-managed sites through consultation, training, and digital governance systems.

Applied Techniques Training is the developer, exclusive licensed distributor and training provider of APPLIED TECHNIQUES QUICK RESPONSE (QR) DIGITAL GOVERNANCE SYSTEM- AT QRDGS, a structured workflow management system designed to improve reporting, recording, compliance tracking, WHS processes, contractor management, maintenance registers, approvals, and communication between key stakeholders.

Through ATT, Sue provides an easy to use, practical guidance system to support more organised, accountable, and compliant operations from issue identification through, final registry and monthly reporting.
