Unlike some therapies, with evidence-based Emotional Freedom Techniques or EFT-Tapping!, YOU identify and accept your negative thoughts.

Negative thoughts are the things YOU have been told are not good for YOU to express or feel, so YOU have been bottling up these emotions for years.


Why do YOU want to keep accepting negative thoughts?

These thoughts have become “your story”. It has been your inability to accept the negative feelings that keeps YOU "stuck" in the same place….

Tapping on pressure points on your face, upper body and head while you are saying how YOU really feel in a safe way provides a calming signal to the brain, letting your subconscious mind know that it is OK to accept who YOU are and know that YOU are good enough and safe.

EFT provides insight into your past and what has been said or done to YOU throughout your life by others. These messages or actions have shaped your thoughts.

EFT-Tapping! gives YOU a voice to overwrite the unhelpful recordings ​that have been playing over and over in your mind.

EFT TAPPING! WITH KIDS UNDER THE AGE OF 10 YEARS.

Children are often taught that it is not OK to feel sad, hurt, frustrated, disappointed or angry. When children don't learn ways to handle these emotions, they react badly or lash-out at others verbally or physically. Children may act this way because they don't have the awareness, techniques and skills to plan or predict the future and, they feel that they have little or no control over the emotions around certain situations. EFT Tapping! will help:

  • Become aware of negative feelings and emotions and let them go in a safe way to encourage resilience.

  • Give children the techniques to self-regulate negative emotions in a safe way

  • Encourage a child to apply and use EFT Tapping! to stay calm and feel in control of the situation by taking ownership of their actions and reactions

  • Clear away your own emotions around circumstances affecting your child/ren.

The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption to the body’s energy system. The brain can’t distinguish between real or perceived threats causing fight, flight, freeze/forget or faint responses to stress. It is the thoughts ​around these emotions that create a problem”. ​

Let go of unhelpful thoughts, not by sweeping them under the carpet or talking about them, but by feeling the emotion around the thought for one last time and letting it go using EFT Tapping!

SIMPLY EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUES -TAPPING! LEVEL 1

EFT TAPPING! Will help YOU to become aware and let go of the emotions behind the stress and pain in your life using Tapping Points and The Basic EFT Recipe through the Emotional Wellness Workshop or by private consultation face to face or on-line.

This introductory Level One EFT Tapping! workshop will enable YOU to learn and practice  the techniques on yourself. 

  • Learn the underpinning theories;

  • Be aware of your emotional blue print;

  • Discover how your thoughts affect your physical response;

  • Understand SUDS scale; how to set up a reminder phrase and the Side of Hand Point;

  • Master “Tapping” points that the techniques for completing a tapping sequence;

  • Identify core issues and barriers to success and test your results.

  • Apply your new Emotional Freedom Techniques skill on yourself.​​
